Job Description
FM Operations, Systems and Data Lead
The FM Operations, Systems and Data Lead will work closely with the delivery team and the broader TAM Leadership team to support, develop, and enhance the Operations, Systems and Data (Asset, Performance and Finance) management/analysis practices across the TAM Business Unit.
Responsibilities
Management of CAMS long-term lifecycle, asset and financial assessments.
Support Site Leaders with CMMS asset and performance data.
Assist in the implementation of new TAM performance management systems.
Support training and retraining of existing TAM management systems.
Work with the Pacific Asset & Delivery Manager to maintain a national asset database and improve operational processes and/or respond to operational issues as required.
Qualifications




Proven background in Data Management within Facility Management is preferred, but relevant industries considered.
A proven track record of delivery and success in problem solving and process change/improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a customer‐driven functional engineering capacity.
Advanced Excel and Power BI essential.
Ability to learn recent systems and platforms.
