Term full-time vacancy up to 24 months.
The Project Manager provides high quality planning and strategic services supporting fit for purpose accommodation and facilities across SAPOL's statewide asset portfolio.
The position is responsible for preparing and negotiating project initiation processes for new or upgrading facilities to meet SAPOL's future needs, and for project managing the initiation, design, delivery and operational effectiveness of approved projects.
The position requires the provision of expert advisory and specialist services to SAPOL and assist with the development and delivery of capital projects.

The position requires the provision of expert advisory and specialist services to SAPOL and assist with the development and delivery of capital projects.
The Capital Projects Unit, Physical Asset Services Branch PASB provides support to SAPOL's assets and capital investment initiatives through project initiation, planning, design / analysis, execution, monitoring and closure for effective delivery of capital works across the portfolio.




PASB is comprised of seven units: Capital Projects Unit, Major Projects Unit, Strategic Infrastructure and Assets Units, Contracts & Impound Unit, Strategic Operations: Fleet & Property, Facilities Management Unit, and Business Management Unit.

Special Conditions
The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
Salary
ASO5 - $92,122 - $102,456 per annum.
