Position Details
Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team on a permanent Part Time basis.
You can work from just a few shifts a week, up to 5 shifts a week and have work‐life balance.
Weekend shifts available with penalty rates.
Responsibilities
Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing
Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans
Managing medications and wound care in line with best practices
Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines
Collaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care
Supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programs
What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification
A current National Police Check




Solid clinical assessment and problem‐solving skills
A commitment to providing compassionate and person‐centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
