What You'll Be Doing
Fusion is a comprehensive program of work that aims to standardise, streamline and integrate pathology services as part of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) implementation across NSW.
The primary focus of the Change Manager role in the Fusion Program is to develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise the adoption and sustainment of new systems, processes and ways of working delivered through the Fusion Program.
The role is responsible for supporting stakeholder and employee engagement initiatives that build awareness, readiness and commitment to change, while minimising resistance and disruption to business operations.
The Change Manager will identify and address change impacts, support communication and training activities, and monitor organisational readiness to ensure successful transition and benefit realisation.
The role will also provide support and guidance to people leaders, managers and supervisors as they help their teams adapt to new technologies, processes and ways of working.

Recruitment Requirements
Demonstrated experience in leading change management and business process improvement and an established history of successful project delivery.
Demonstrated experience in applying a structured change management approach and methodology, developing change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
Demonstrated valuable understanding of change management and quality improvement methodologies and demonstrated ability to meet objectives within stated project timeframes.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills and the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 and other business, project and collaboration applications,



with the ability to leverage technology to support change management activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, reporting and training initiatives.
