About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSAP EHS Functional Analystto support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support ofSAP S/4HANA Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and optimize SAP EHS capabilities while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP EHS enhancements and change requests.
Design and configure end-to-endSAP EHSprocesses across the Health, Safety & Environment lifecycle.
Configure and supportSAP S/4HANA EHSfunctionality and related components.
Support planning and scheduling processes usingPrometheus Scheduler.
Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and business process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams acrossFinance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Support SAP EHS integrations with third-party applications.
Develop user documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SAP best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as anSAP EHS Functional Consultant/Analyst.
Strong experience delivering end-to-endSAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Expertise inSAP EHS configuration, process design, and functional solution delivery.
Experience withSAP S/4HANAin bothOn-Premise and RISEenvironments.
Strong experience designing and implementingSAP Fioriapplications.
Experience withPrometheus Scheduleris highly desirable.
Good understanding of integration across SAP modules including:Finance (FI/CO)
Procurement (MM)
Inventory Management
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM)
Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications.
Experience working inAgile environmentsusing tools such asJiraandConfluence.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business analysis skills.
Experience inUtilities, Energy, or other asset-intensive industriesis highly desirable.
Desirable Qualifications
SAP EHS Certification.
Experience withSAP Mobile Startor other SAP mobility solutions.
Experience with third-party integrations such as Claims Management solutions.
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori application configuration and testing.
