As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their recovery journey and getting them back on track.

About You
You're someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Case Management experience in insurance claims, allied health or rehabilitation experience.
A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments.
Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
