Daily Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify wear and tear
Attend to breakdowns and assist with general repairs
Inspect and assess farm facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Carry out pre-start checks on farm equipment
Document all maintenance activities, repairs,



and equipment servicing
Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements on farm machinery, feeding systems, ventilation equipment, and other tools to minimise disruptions
Monitor and maintain strict adherence to animal welfare standards and biosecurity protocols
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a maintenance role (highly advantageous)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in record-keeping and data analysis to support farm management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
