We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Dentist with experience at our friendly, well-established and supportive practice, NDC Toowoomba.

About National Dental Care – Toowoomba
We are a large, 5 chair dental practice with full QIP accreditation and state-of-the-art equipment and technology including an OPG and CBCT machine.
Our thriving practice has a well-established patient base and is run by an amazingly supportive and hardworking team.
About the Role
As Lead Dentist, you'll play a key role in both clinical delivery and team leadership, working closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance, culture, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support a team of dentists and clinicians
Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
Oversee clinical standards, protocols and continuous improvement
Drive a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture
Contribute to patient experience and practice growth

Skills & Experience
Minimum 7+ years experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standards
Previous Leadership and Mentoring Experience Desirable
An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
Current professional indemnity insurance
Current unconditional AHPRA registration
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire others
Proficiency in building and maintaining trusting relationships with patients
Professional image and good personal presentation
Confidence across a wide scope of general dental procedures
