We are seeking organised, adaptable, and process-driven individuals across all career stages—whether you are a parent balancing family commitments, an experienced administrator seeking structured hours, a student, or someone in the later stages of your career looking for meaningful part-time work.
Working a structured 42 hours per fortnight on a 14-day roster (including alternate weekends), you will be trained in passenger and terminal operations across two distinct areas:
Passenger Services & Check-In: Delivering face-to-face customer care, managing digital check-in systems, and handling voyage administration.
Freight & Logistics Operations: Managing commercial transport check-ins, weighbridge documentation,



and coordinating yard logistics in a live freight environment.
(Ideal for candidates who enjoy structured admin and supply chain operations!)
What You'll Bring:
Strong administrative aptitude and comfort navigating multi-screen system processes.
Confident, transparent communicator, able to assertively and respectfully uphold our conditions of carriage when engaging with passengers and customers.
Adaptability to work across passenger and freight functions based on operational needs.
Resilience to work in both indoor terminal facilities and outdoor vehicle/freight lanes in all weather conditions.
Flexibility to work rotating schedules (6-hour shifts, e.g., 5:45 AM – 12:15 PM or 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM).
