The Role
We are seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and proactive
Operations and Facilities Assistant
. This role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth delivery of matches and programs throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head of Operations & Events, you will:
Assist with player registration and matchday preparation for senior and junior teams.
Support training and gameday operations, including set-up/pack-down duties.
Provide assistance in junior cricket programs, including Woolworths Cricket Blast
Liaise with parents, team managers, and coaches to ensure smooth communication.
Assist with facilities management, ensuring clubrooms and grounds are ready for use.
Assist with Bar Operations to ensure a smooth operating bar
This role also has the ability and flexibility to make it want you want it to be, to ensure it helps progress you in your future career endeavours.
As this role works with the bar, we are desirably looking for someone with an RSA to assist with operations

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends during the cricket season.

Passion for sports administration, event management, and community programs
A willingness to get involved and contribute across multiple areas of the club.
