Your New Role
In this role, you'll manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key employers, increasing Aware Super's market share while delivering a compelling Employer Value Proposition.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across employer groups and collaborate internally to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement outcomes.
Some of your duties will include:
Build and strengthen senior‐level relationships across key employer portfolios
Execute tailored stakeholder and engagement strategies aligned to sector needs
Increase member acquisition and retention through workplace and intermediary channels
Partner with internal teams to position Aware Super across all points of sale
Support partnerships with employer associations, unions, and industry bodies
Stay across superannuation legislation, sector trends, and employer challenges
How do you exceed our expectations?
5+ years' experience in Relationship Management or Financial Services
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior decision‐makers
Proven ability to drive measurable growth and commercial outcomes
Knowledge of superannuation legislation and market dynamics
Relevant tertiary qualification and flexibility to travel as required
