Key Safety Responsibilities
Lead and mentor multi‐disciplinary teams across on‐site solar and renewable energy O&M; projects




Oversee end‐to‐end project delivery, focusing on safety, performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning both commercial and operational responsibilities
Conduct regular site visits, particularly in NSW and QLD, and during onboarding of new project sites
Collaborate with global teams, including participation in after‐hours calls with counterparts in Europe, America, and Asia
Manage client relationships, budgets, and overall project performance to meet strategic objectives
Skills & Experience
Minimum two years' experience managing O&M; projects in utility‐scale solar or renewable energy (or transferable experience).
Proven management and leadership skills with extensive experience in team development, effective communication, project delivery, and workforce planning.
Experience managing contracts, budgets, and technical teams in high‐compliance environments.
Proven expertise in safety management, including electrical risk mitigation and compliance with WHSEQ standards.
Demonstrated project financial management skills and solid knowledge of finance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of energy generation systems, asset management, and utility‐scale inverter technology.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar




Current Australian driver's licence
