Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver traffic engineering projects across NSW & Southeast Queensland
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities.
Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
Represent PDC Consultants in industry forums, meetings, and networking events
Prepare proposals, fee estimates, and project scopes
Continuous collaboration with Sydney based team
Ensure compliance with local standards, guidelines, and council requirements
About You
5-10+ years of experience in traffic engineering
Strong local network across councils, developers, and transport agencies
Proven track record in business development and client engagement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong experience in AutoCAD and traffic modelling software (e.g. SIDRA, microsimulation)
RPEQ registration (heavily preferred)




Road Safety Audit accreditation (highly desirable)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive regional growth
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Transport Planning
Based in Woolloomooloo Sydney, our client is a traffic engineering and transport planning consulting firm providing specialist advice to both the public and private sectors.
We are passionate about providing quality and innovative solutions to our clients across a wide range of transport and development projects.
Competitive salary range between $120,000 and $140,000 AUD.
Permanent position based in Sydney.
