Kool Beanz SUNS Carrara, part of the esteemed Kool Beanz Academy, stands as a testament to over 16 years of excellence in the childcare industry.
Known for delivering high-quality, safe, and child-centered services, our Carrara location is situated at The SUNS Peoples First Stadium on the Gold Coast.
With a capacity for 185 enrolments, including 22 spaces tailored for children requiring extra support, Kool Beanz SUNS Carrara is at the forefront of progressive childcare.
We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator, who is a minimum of Cert III qualified or actively working towards their qualification.
We are looking for an educator who can bring creativity, flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.
We value educator who are aligned with our philosophy and are passionate about meeting the individual development needs of every child.
Responsibilities
Support a team of Lead Educators to implement programs,



follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery
Create long-lasting connections and partnerships with the local community, schools, and families
Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
Qualifications And Qualities
Diploma qualified Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification
First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
Paid working with children check (blue Card)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude
Approachable and friendly
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working Hours
You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
