AML Quality Control Analyst
Join a Financial Crime & Fraud Operations team reviewing AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and scam decisions — making sure they're accurate, consistent and defensible.
You don't need extensive experience for this one; what matters is sharp judgement, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in financial crime and risk.
We're recruiting 30 AML Quality Control Analysts to join the team — a great opportunity if you're looking to build a career in financial crime alongside a large, supportive cohort.
What You'll Do
Review investigation outcomes and decisions across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and scams for accuracy and consistency
Support review of Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs)
Identify patterns, gaps or inconsistencies and escalates where needed
Take part in calibration sessions to build consistency across the team
Contribute ideas for process improvement
What You'll Bring
Some experience in AML/CTF, KYC/CDD, fraud, scams or a broader financial crime/compliance environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Transparent, confident written and verbal communication
Comfortable working in a regulated environment
Tertiary qualification and/or ACAMS (or similar) is a plus, not essential
