What you'll doAs the Portfolio Performance Analyst, you will support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of eHealth Queensland's investment portfolio to drive informed decision-making and improve portfolio outcomes.
You will maintain portfolio performance frameworks, reporting guidelines, and intranet resources, while supporting portfolio definition processes through the collation, prioritisation, and balancing of investment priorities.
Using your analytical expertise, you will manage, integrate, and interpret data to deliver meaningful insights, forecast performance trends, and develop reports, dashboards, briefings, and recommendations for executive and ministerial stakeholders.
You will collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to enhance performance reporting processes, support the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting capabilities, and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timeframes.
In addition, you will contribute to team administration and effectively manage competing priorities to support the achievement of portfolio and organisational objectives.About youWe are searching for someone who has:Extensive experience and knowledge in critically analysing and visualising data using dashboards to derive clear conclusions and actionable recommendationsDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve performance management and analytics and deliver theseHighly developed research, analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills , including the proven capacity to initiate appropriate strategi and operational responses to key issues affecting the performance of the portfolioExperience critically analysing datasets and portfolios/investments, and clearly briefings on finding and recommendationsExperience analysis and visualising data with digital dashboard and analytical toolsTraining or experience in Portfolio or Programme ManagementWhilst not mandatory, a qualification in economics, finance,
statistics computer/data science would be well regardedWhist not mandatory, a Management of Portfolios (MoP) accreditation would be well regardedWhy work with us?
