Pethers Painting & Decorating is a Sunshine Coast-based painting and restoration company recognised for delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional client service and well-structured project delivery.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who takes pride in leading projects from commencement through to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, communication and professionalism.
This is a leadership role within our business, working closely with the Director and Operations Manager to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the standard our clients expect.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you'll oversee a diverse range of residential, body corporate and commercial painting projects across the Sunshine Coast.
You'll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, teams remain supported, clients are well informed and every project is completed on time and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from handover through to completion.
Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors.
Support and mentor foremen and site teams.
Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
Maintain project schedules and monitor progress.
Build solid relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.




Resolve challenges proactively while maintaining quality and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety, company standards and project documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve systems and project delivery.
About You
Has previous project management experience within construction or a related industry.
Is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Leads people with professionalism, accountability and respect.
Communicates confidently with clients, trades and internal teams.
Naturally takes ownership and solves problems before they become issues.
