We're looking for a Regional Manager to lead a diverse region spanning South East Queensland through Northern NSW.
You'll spend less time behind a desk and more time where you're at your best - in store, coaching leaders, lifting performance and driving results.
About the role
Success in this role comes from balancing commercial thinking with people leadership.
You'll use data to uncover opportunities, develop high-performing leaders and create the consistency that delivers exceptional results across your region.
Lead, coach and develop store leaders to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results
Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver strategic initiatives and operational priorities
Drive regional performance through strong sales, profitability and commercial outcomes
Take full ownership of regional performance, including P&L; accountability
Analyse business trends to identify opportunities, address performance gaps and drive results
Recruit, develop and retain top retail talent
Create an engaging, inspiring and inclusive culture that reflects our Amart DNA
Maintain exceptional store presentation and uphold brand standards across the region
Ensure operational excellence across all stores by monitoring performance, driving consistent execution and upholding accountability
Champion Health & Safety and compliance across the region
Protect company assets through effective loss prevention practices




Leverage customer feedback to continually enhance the customer experience

You're an experienced multi-site retail leader who thrives on developing people, solving problems and delivering results.
You lead from the front, genuinely care about your teams and hold yourself and others accountable.
Most importantly, you show up fired up every day - ready to coach, inspire and make an impact.
You'll bring
Proven success in a multi-site or state leadership role
Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L; accountability
A track record of developing high-performing leaders and teams
The ability to analyse performance and translate insights into action
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement
