Your new role
As a Business Services Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the firm's growing Business Services division.
Managing a portfolio of quality clients, you will work closely with the Partners on complex compliance and advisory engagements while providing mentorship and guidance to a capable team of accountants.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a diverse portfolio of business and high-net-worth clients
Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and related compliance work
Providing business, tax and strategic advisory services
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Managing workflow, deadlines and team performance
Coaching and developing intermediate and senior accountants
Working directly with the Partners on complex engagements and growth initiatives
Contributing to the ongoing development and success of the practice
What you'll need to succeed




CA or CPA qualification
7+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
Previous experience managing client portfolios and staff
Strong technical taxation and business services knowledge
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and commercial approach to client service
A genuine interest in advisory work and mentoring junior staff
