About The Role
This is an ONGOING fulltime position. The valuer will be required to provide valuation advice and undertake complex, urgent and sensitive valuations. The role requires strong stakeholder relationships, sound judgement, and the ability to deliver high-quality valuation services within agreed timeframes.
The role supports infrastructure projects through property research and advice, manages external valuation services, provides policy advice to government, negotiates valuation outcomes, contributes to policy and process improvements, and promotes culturally safe, inclusive practices across all aspects of service delivery.

Qualifications And Experience
Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status, membership with the Australian Property Institute (API), and a relevant tertiary qualification (mandatory).
Knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act ****, Land Acquisition and Compensation Act ****, Planning and Environment Act **** and other relevant legislation.
Strong knowledge, government processes, and land administration.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO ****:****) and a current driver's licence.
