Urban CGI is seeking a Learning Designer to develop behaviour-led HSW/EHS training systems for high-consequence construction programmes, based in Sydney with UK time-zone alignment. You will translate SOPs into multimedia learning (video, posters, workbooks, quizzes), map sequence thought processes, and build scenario-heavy modules that drive real decision-making and incident reduction on site.
Immediate availability and independent freelancer status are preferred; agencies not considered.
