We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major HRIS implementation within a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful delivery of the program, with hybrid responsibilities spanning both Project Management and Business Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
Conduct project initiation activities including defining scope, objectives, success measures, requirements and delivery outcomes.
Develop business cases, assess solution options and support decision-making processes.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to drive decision making and project outcomes.
Prepare project reporting, governance artefacts, status updates and delivery documentation.
Coordinate cross functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, SMEs and third party vendors.
Manage vendor engagements and monitor delivery against agreed outcomes and commitments.
Ensure project quality standards, governance requirements and delivery objectives are achieved.Support implementation, business readiness and change activities to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery practices, processes and governance frameworks.
About You
You will be confident engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and driving outcomes across complex workstreams. You are comfortable leading project teams, managing vendors and delivery partners,



proactively addressing risks and issues, and ensuring projects remain aligned to strategic business objectives.
Essential Experience
5+ years' experience in Project Management, Program Delivery or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
Experience managing projects from business case and planning stages through to implementation.
Strong background in project governance, planning, budgeting, risk and issue management.
Proven stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience managing internal delivery teams, external vendors and third-party partners.
Strong communication, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
Experience working within large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
Highly Regarded
Hands on experience implementing, enhancing, or supporting HRIS platforms such as Humanforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Chris21, or comparable cloud-based HR and workforce management systems.
Exposure to end to end HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system testing, change management, stakeholder engagement.
Experience working within PMO led delivery environments.
Knowledge of change management and business readiness practices.
