We're partnering with a well‐known retail organisation undertaking a large‐scale core system replacement that will transform how the business operates end‐to‐end.
This is a high‐impact opportunity for an experienced Change Lead to define and deliver the change strategy from early mobilisation through to implementation.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the change approach across a complex enterprise environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure lasting outcomes.
The Role
Lead the end‐to‐end change strategy for a major core system replacement
Establish change frameworks, governance, & delivery approach from the ground up
Partner with senior leaders to align business readiness with transformation objectives
Oversee impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, & training strategies
Guide implementation and embed sustainable change across the organisation
About You
Proven experience leading change strategy for large,



complex enterprise transformations
Strong track record delivering core system replacement or ERP‐style programs
Experience working on large‐scale transformation programmes (circa $50M–$80M+)
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‐on delivery levels
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at executive level
Background in retail or FMCG highly regarded
