As a Senior Associate with a specialism in securitisation, you will work on the following:
Public and private securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS, trade receivables, whole‐business), including warehousing
Securitisation structured finance solutions such as loan‐on‐loan and other back‐leverage products
Drafting and negotiating bespoke and complex transaction documentation
Supervising junior lawyers and driving efficient matter delivery
Qualifications
Experience in a leading Banking & Finance practice with strong exposure to securitisation, structured finance, derivatives, or similarly complex financing structures
Ability to run matters independently, manage transaction timelines, and progress deals
Confidence advising clients directly and working closely with partners and other senior stakeholders
Interest in building a long‐term specialism in structured finance within a top‐tier environment
Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
