About The Group
This group have been developing and building commercial and apartment projects for over 30 years and have a significant commercial portfolio across Australia.
They hold onto the majority of their developments and there is a major focus on delivering high quality assets.
They are looking for a Project Manager that can manage small refurbishment and larger maintenance projects ranging from $100k - $500k.
About The Role
Reporting to the head of Asset Management you will be responsible for 2-4 projects at a time
Management of program and scheduling trades
Trade and supplier management on projects
Management of safety and quality
Preparing project reports to asset management
Ensuring all company polices and procedures are followed onsite
About You
You will ideally have come from a trade background and worked on refurbishment or larger maintenance projects in the commercial/retail sector.
Previous experience working in live environments will be looked upon favorably.
It is essential you have a solid understanding of construction sequencing and methodology.
