Performance, Capacity and Continuity Manager

The Performance, Capacity and Continuity Manager will be responsible for governing, executing, reporting, and continually improving Service Level Management, Capacity & Performance Management, IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes within a Federal Government ICT environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and govern Service Level, Capacity & Performance, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery practices within an ITIL‐aligned environment.
Monitor service performance, identify risks and trends, and deliver Service Improvement Plans to enhance outcomes.
Develop and maintain capacity plans, analyse utilisation trends, and forecast future service demand.
Maintain and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, including coordinating exercises and post‐incident reviews.
Engage stakeholders, facilitate governance forums, and support audits while ensuring compliance with PSPF, ISM and contractual obligations.
Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in IT Service Management within complex enterprise or Federal Government environments.
Demonstrated expertise in Service Level Management, Capacity & Performance, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
Strong capability in producing executive‐level reports, dashboards, and governance artefacts (ideally using ServiceNow).
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Security Clearance
The role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance.
