We're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to partner with our Revesby manufacturing site and help drive a strong safety culture.
Working closely with operational leaders, you'll provide practical HSE support, influence protected behaviours, and play a key role in ensuring safety remains a core focus across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to build accountability and ownership for safety outcomes.
Provide expert advice on health, safety and environmental matters.
Support risk management, incident investigations and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards and company requirements.
Lead and support site audits, inspections and governance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety culture and engagement.
About You
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or high-risk operational environment.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety management systems.
Proven ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
Practical, hands‐on approach with excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
