As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Hairdresser (Barber) to join our qualified team.
Key Responsibilities • Deliver a wide range of men's haircutting and barbering services, including fades, tapers, scissor cuts, clipper work, and precision styling.
• Shape, trim, and groom beards and moustaches using professional barbering techniques, razors, and grooming tools.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend hairstyles, grooming solutions, and suitable hair care products.
• Shampoo and prepare clients' hair before cutting or styling where required.
• Perform hair colouring, grey blending, or other hair treatments when requested while ensuring safe handling of products.




• Finish hairstyles using appropriate styling techniques and products to achieve the desired look.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation by sanitising tools and equipment in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Monitor stock levels of barbering products and notify management when supplies require replenishment.
• Build positive relationships with clients by providing professional, friendly, and personalised customer service.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, client enquiries, and payment processing when required.
• Keep up to date with current barbering trends, grooming techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications • Certificate III in Hairdressing, Certificate III in Barbering, or an equivalent qualification (preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year of relevant barbering or hairdressing experience.
Skills & Other Requirements • Strong skills in clipper work, scissor cutting, fades, beard shaping, and modern men's grooming techniques.
• Experience performing hair colouring and basic hair treatments is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Sound understanding of hygiene, infection control, and workplace health and safety practices.
