St John of God Midland Public Hospital is seeking a Welfare Officer to support patients, families and carers throughout their healthcare journey.
You'll work with Social Workers and the multidisciplinary team to assess welfare needs, provide practical assistance, information and support, and help patients access services and resources.
The role is permanent full-time (38 hours per week) with salary packaging options and a focus on culturally secure, patient-centred care.
