You will manage second level support and help drive improvements across stores, state offices, and head office.
Reporting to Group Service Delivery Manager, you will work with NZ Infrastructure team, maintain IT infrastructure, vendor relationships, and contribute to disaster recovery planning; robust communication and teamwork are essential.
