We are currently looking for a full time Team Leader - NDIS Support Coordination to join our Mid North Coast team.

As a Team Leader in Support Coordination, you play a pivotal role in guiding and strengthening the delivery of high quality NDIS services.
You'll lead and mentor Support Coordinators to ensure participants receive coordinated, effective supports that build capacity and align with their NDIS goals.
Your leadership ensures the team maintains exceptional standards of compliance, documentation and practice, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and participant‐centred service.
You'll oversee complex caseloads, provide guidance on risk management and support staff to navigate barriers impacting plan implementation.
Through proactive coaching and operational oversight, you'll ensure participants can access their plans confidently, make informed decisions, and experience a streamlined, well‐supported NDIS journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support Support Coordinators in daily practice
Oversee your own caseload and service delivery timeliness
Oversee team's caseload, workflow and service delivery timeliness
Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation and audit readiness
Provide guidance on complex cases, risks and safeguarding concerns
Strengthen stakeholder relationships and resolve provider or participant issues
Monitor KPIs, billable targets and team performance




Identify training needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Foster a collaborative, accountable and engaged team culture
What You'll Bring
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and achieving outstanding results
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Support Coordinator with a registered NDIS provider, showcasing your in‐depth knowledge of the NDIS framework
A genuine interest and demonstrated ability to manage complex cases, employing robust problem‐solving and organisational skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building trusted relationships with participants, families and service providers
What You'll Need
Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the disability sector
Demonstrated high level awareness of issues affecting the disability sector and people with disabilities
Experience in providing services to customers including assessment and monitoring processes and other services including mainstream
Experience in (or the willingness to learn) risk assessments within a workplace safety context
Demonstrated experience in working toward targets to meet program outputs and outcomes
Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with and confidence in using the Microsoft Suite
Demonstrated commitment to working within a strengths based, person‐centred framework
Proven leadership skills
Proven relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders, as well as valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively, efficiently and accurately and prioritise workloads
Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to leverage networks
Current and clear NDIS Worker Check
