This is an opportunity to join the Market Regulation team responsible for maintaining the integrity of a fast-growing derivatives marketplace.
You'll play a key role in monitoring trading activity, investigating market abuse, and helping shape surveillance and compliance frameworks in a highly visible, front-office environment.
Working closely with Legal, Risk, Technology, and market participants, you'll have a direct impact on market integrity while contributing to the evolution of a new asset class.
What You'll Work On
Real-time monitoring of trading activity across derivatives markets
Trade surveillance and detection of suspicious or manipulative trading behaviour
Post-trade investigations and forensic analysis of flagged transactionsRequired Skills
2–4 years experience in market surveillance, market regulation, compliance, or exchange operations
Working knowledge of derivatives markets and electronic trading environments
Understanding of trade surveillance principles and regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical and investigative skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced environment
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
Nice to Have
Experience working with CFTC-regulated markets or exchange environments
Familiarity with market abuse detection and surveillance platforms
Experience interacting with liquidity providers or market participants
Background in financial markets, exchanges, or market infrastructure
