This role is ideal for a practical, detail-focused Revit professional who enjoys site-based problem solving, model accuracy and using technology to improve how buildings and assets are understood,documentedand managed.

Job Description
About the role
As Digital Twin Manager, you will work across site capture, Revit modelling, model curation, qualityreviewand stakeholder collaboration. You will help translate LiDAR scans, photographs, sitemeasurementsand received design models intoaccurate, usable digital twin assets aligned to GV Tech's modelling standards.
You will contribute to digital twin outputs across commercial buildings, warehouses,greenhousesand other asset types, while helping refine workflows,toolsand standards in a fast-moving startup environment.
Attend project and site meetings to understand requirements,constraintsand deliverables.
Capture site conditions using LiDAR scanning,measurementand photography.
Create Revit models from point clouds,photographsand site information toapproximately LOD300.
Curate and quality-check received models to ensure they meet Olsyn standards and project requirements.
Identifymodelling gaps, inconsistencies, clashes or data issues and coordinate corrections.
Maintain clear records of model status, assumptions,exclusionsand outstanding information needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, remote contributors,clientsand external consultants.
Contribute practical feedback to improve modelling workflows,toolsand delivery processes.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
A qualification in Interior Design, Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, ComputerScienceor a related discipline.
At least two years' professional experience using Revit in modelling, design, architecture,draftingor BIM-related work.
Strong Revit capability, including model setup, modelling from point clouds or site information, modelorganisationand quality checking.
Working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD, AutodeskFormaand AutodeskReCapPro.
Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse or similar digital twin, visualisation or collaboration platforms would be highly regarded.
Sound understanding of relevant building codes, documentationpracticesand quality standards.
Strong communication, presentation, taskmanagementand problem-solving skills.
A collaborative, agile and detail-focused approach, with comfort working at pace in a startup environment.
