Role Description
The Sales Associate role at Coastal is a full-time, in office position based in Broadbeach, QLD. This role involves supporting senior agents with listing and selling residential properties, including conducting property inspections, coordinating open homes, and following up with prospective buyers and sellers. The Sales Associate will assist with preparing marketing materials, updating listings across digital platforms, and maintaining accurate client and property records. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, contributing to negotiation and sales processes, and collaborating closely with the broader team to achieve sales targets.
The role also requires attending team meetings, staying informed about local market trends, and consistently representing Coastal's brand and values in the community.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Customer service and sales capabilities, including experience handling inquiries, supporting negotiations, and working toward defined targets.
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
Digital literacy, including comfort with CRM systems, online property listing platforms, email, and basic office software.
Ability to work collaboratively in an office and field setting, with a proactive and results-focused mindset.
Current real estate registration or license in Queensland, or willingness and eligibility to obtain it within agreed timeframes.
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role is highly regarded.
Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and after-hours as required by property inspections and client needs.
