About the Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager and as the head of the home, you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This rewarding leadership role gives you the opportunity to drive quality care, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the smooth operation of the home.
Responsibilities
Find the best way forward for our residents and people
Run a tight ship – maintaining efficiency and operational safety
Keep the lights on and make sure revenue targets are met
Inspire your team to perform and grow
Build ties with the community to everyone's benefit
Qualifications
A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
Spent at least five years in a management role
A background in aged or medical care
Experienced with a number of different systems
