What's the role?
A Personal Banking Advisor at Westpac is a professional who assists customers with their banking needs, offering tailored advice and solutions. They help with tasks like opening accounts, managing finances, and providing guidance on Westpac's products and services. Their role is customer-focused, aiming to build strong relationships and ensure a positive banking experience.
Assist customers with banking transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals
Maintain accurate cash handling and ensure end-of-day balancing
Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and our award-winning mobile app
Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing through tailored solutions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
This is a branch-based role 5 days per week across and inclusive of Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 4:45pm daily.
What do I need?
Thrive in dynamic, rapid-paced environments with variety in daily tasks.
Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
Strong communication skills and excellent time management.
A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
