Your next career prospect
In this role, you will provide dedicated administrative and student support for rural MD cohorts across Victoria. You will help ensure smooth academic programmes and examinations while contributing to continuous process improvement. You will join a supportive Rural Clinical School team committed to collaboration and high-quality service.
What you will deliver
Manage an allocated portfolio of MD students, overseeing key academic programme and lifecycle administration tasks.
Coordinate timetabling, tutorial group allocation, class lists, assessments monitoring and timely communication with students and staff.
Administer clinical and written examinations across RCS sites, including travel, invigilation and local exam coordination.
Support student enquiries in an imtely manner, facilitate MD (Rural) selection processes and coordination of Rural Clinical School annual events.
Contribute to policy, guideline and process review, documentation, reporting and broader team-based continuous improvement.
You may be a great fit if
Hold an appropriate tertiary qualification or bring equivalent relevant experience and training.




Demonstrate strong communication skills, building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Bring proven experience in administration roles, interpreting policies and providing accurate advice and information.
Exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, managing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Work effectively with minimal supervision while contributing positively to collaborative, team-based environments.
Use Microsoft Office and standard applications confidently to manage data, documentation and communication tasks.
