Bright & Duggan Group in Brisbane is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face of the building. You will staff the Concierge office during business hours, keep the office and shared areas clean, neat, and well presented, and deliver prompt, skilled service to residents.
You'll learn the building inside and out, handle calls, emails, walk-ins and inquiries, and assist with maintenance arrangements, service contracts, defects and other tasks so issues are resolved efficiently.
