What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
Apply your EHR and informatics experience to assess whether AI outputs reflect how nursing and healthcare actually function
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated health content and provide structured, actionable feedback
Help translate nursing workflows and clinical knowledge into clear guidance that improves AI model performance
Work independently and asynchronously — completing task-based assignments on your own schedule
Who You Are




Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands‐on experience in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar clinical documentation systems
Strong ability to evaluate clinical accuracy and identify where AI responses fall short of real-world practice
Clear written communication skills — you can articulate why something is right or wrong, not just flag it
Detail‐oriented, self‐motivated, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing informatics
Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
Familiarity with AI tools or interest in how large language models are developed
Specialty experience in areas such as critical care, med‐surg, oncology, or primary care
