Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute and highly organised individual with demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and day‐to‐day support to your General Manager in the News Corp Client Partnerships team.
Diary and Inbox management, travel arrangements, meeting and call prioritisation, event invitations, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and any other forms of correspondence where required.
Collect and prepare materials, agendas and support document for SLT meetings, identifying which stakeholders to involve.
Support the team with organising and planning local events and team‐building activities.
Ensure regular meetings are scheduled with direct reports and other key business relationships.
Draft and distribute team announcements, meeting recaps, and internal memos, synthesising key points to ensure concise and effective communication.
Carry out day‐to‐day ad hoc tasks as requested that enable smooth and efficient operations, i.e. office supplies, software supplies, rewards, managing records databases.
Manage financial approval requests, monthly credit card reconciliation, department purchase orders and invoices against budgets.
Develop and implement event plans, ensuring all logistical details are organised and RSVP's are tracked and collated.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant in a quick‐paced environment.
Previous experience in the media sector is preferred but not essential.
Detail‐oriented with strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem‐solving with strong decision‐making and shows strong initiative.




Able to work to tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and thrive working in a busy and collaborative work setting.
Solid administrative and computer skills, particularly across Google Suite and MS Office.
Experience working within the media industry is desirable.
