CSR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across Customer Service, Sales, Operations & Logistics on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Based in Scoresby, Yarraville or Craigieburn, you will provide strategic and hands-on HR support, navigating industrial relations and driving people initiatives across a unionised workforce with occasional interstate travel.
This role requires credible impact, solid stakeholder management and the ability to operate in a complex matrix
