Fusion5 is seeking a Technical Engineer to take ownership of incidents and operational activities within our Managed Services.
You will diagnose issues, perform system administration, and implement Microsoft Up-to-date Work and Security solutions across customer environments.
You will collaborate with customers, engineers and vendors to resolve complex problems, create knowledge articles, and drive service quality improvements.
A tertiary IT qualification and relevant certifications are preferred.
