AnglicareSA is seeking two passionate Case Manager and Support Coordinators to work across the Adelaide Universal After-care Service.
You will provide non-clinical care and practical psychosocial support to individuals in the first three months after suicide attempt or crisis, coordinating outreach and home visits from Hindmarsh base.
The role requires a social work qualification, experience in mental health or case management, and solid communication with diverse clients.
