About the Role
Reporting to the Global EUC Manager, this is a senior individual contributor role within a globally distributed End User Computing team.
You will act as the key technical authority for Up-to-date Workplace services, partnering closely with Strategy and Architecture, Technical Operations and Cyber Security to shape and deliver the IT roadmap.

Sit at the centre of enterprise-wide technical governance and decision-making forums
Duties / Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Modern Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365 capabilities, from adoption through to optimisation
Act as SME and technical authority at Technical and Change Advisory Boards, assessing end user impact and operational risk
Establish and maintain operational runbooks covering SOE patching, application packaging,



imaging and device retirement
Define and monitor key operational metrics such as patch compliance, deployment success rate and workspace restoration times
Mentor and uplift capability across the wider EUC team while maintaining the EUC knowledge base
Skills and Experience
Advanced SOE management experience with a strong focus on cloud technologies, Intune and Autopilot
Experience with Entra ID and broader Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive)
Understanding of identity, permissions and information protection as they relate to AI behaviour and risk (Copilot experience highly regarded)
Advanced application packaging and delivery experience, including Win32, PSADT and Mac PKG/DMG
Advanced Group Policy and user profile management experience
Mobile device management experience across a mixed fleet of 2,500+ Windows, macOS, iOS and BYOD endpoints
Infrastructure as Code and scripting experience (Terraform, PowerShell, DSC, automation runbooks)
Experience with end user experience and performance reporting tools (Intune Advanced Analytics, Graph API, Log Analytics)
Proven experience leading SOE and application upgrade rollouts, with strong Cyber Security and vulnerability management exposure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with MD-102, MS-102 and SC-300 certifications essential; MS-700, SC-100, PL-900 and ITIL V4 desirable
