End to End Supply ChainJob ID:*****Sydney, NSW, AU (Hybrid)PermanentAbout the Role:The Commercial Logistics Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end logistics strategy and operations across Australia and New Zealand.
This role acts as the key interface between global supply chain, local commercial teams, and external partners to ensure optimal service, cost efficiency, and inventory performance.The position oversees transport, warehousing, import/export operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) performance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.Main Responsibilities:Define and execute the ANZ logistics network strategy aligned with business growth and service objectivesLead warehousing and transport strategy, including network design, optimization, and 3PL selectionEstablish performance frameworks with transparent KPIs, dashboards, and governance processesOversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, storage, and distributionManage 3PL partners through structured performance reviews and continuous improvementEnsure inventory accuracy and compliance with operational and quality standardsDrive cost-to-serve initiatives and improve network efficiencyMonitor systems performance (e.g. SAP, EDI)



and drive continuous enhancementsOwn and manage the logistics budget in line with financial targetsIdentify and implement cost optimization opportunities across logistics activitiesLead analysis of cost variances and implement corrective actionsStrengthen vendor governance and contract complianceDefine and manage logistics operations supporting the New Zealand marketEnsure supply continuity through risk mitigation and contingency planningOptimize cross-border flows and sourcing strategiesSet and monitor performance objectives aligned with business prioritiesLead and develop a high-performing logistics teamBuild capability through coaching, development, and succession planningFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementAbout You:University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related fieldSolid experience across logistics operations including transport, warehousing, and 3PL managementProven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, FMCG experience is preferredStrong knowledge of inventory management, cost optimization, and logistics performance managementGood understanding of planning, customer service, and cross-functional supply chain processesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, ability to lead teams and collaborate across functionsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage priorities between operational and strategic objectivesExperience driving change and continuous improvementTeam management experienceExperience with SAP / S4 HANA,
