Mallesons is seeking a mid-level Solicitor to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team in Sydney.
You will work closely with the Practice Leader of M&A; and other senior partners on a range of complex transactions.
In this role you will handle public and private M&A;, fund formations, ventures, restructures and capital raisings while supporting major asset managers and investors.
A robust client-focused approach and cross-border awareness are essential.
