Job Description
Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity and cost targets.
Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS and environmental standards.
Manage production planning and execution to meet customer demand and service requirements.
Develop, coach and lead production teams to maximise performance and engagement.
Monitor plant efficiency, identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
Manage operational budgets, labour utilisation and site costs.
Lead capital projects and site improvement programs.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production performance and customer outcomes.
Track and report on key operational KPIs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Manager should have:
Proven experience in a Site Manager, Plant Manager or Production Manager role.
Strong background within process manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, industrial manufacturing or related environments.
Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Strong understanding of safety, quality and environmental management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using ERP systems and production planning tools.
Results-driven with solid commercial and operational acumen.
