This is a 6‐12 month internship, part‐time or full‐time, starting February **** in Sydney, Australia, supporting all business areas within Grid Solutions' Tenders & Projects Asia Pacific team. The role offers collaboration across Sales, Tendering, Project Execution and Leadership. Ideal candidates are current university students in fields such as Engineering or Business with strong analytical skills, initiative and the ability to work in a technical, project‐driven environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
50% Project & Tender Lifecycle Support
Assist Project and Tender Managers in preparing documentation for grid solution projects and bids.
Support the tracking of project milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
Help coordinate communication and meetings between engineering, sales and project management teams.
Contribute to the compilation of materials for project reviews and tender submissions.
Elevate processes by integrating AI tools into work steps.
30% Data Analysis & Reporting
Gather and analyze technical, commercial or market data to support business decisions.
Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management.
Maintain and update internal databases and project information systems with accurate data.




20% Business Operations Support
Provide administrative and operational support for departmental initiatives and meetings.
Assist in documenting and improving internal processes within the Tenders & Projects team.
Support cross‐functional collaboration by facilitating information flow between different departments.
Support planning of events and customer roadshows.
What You Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical), Business, Commerce or Project Management.
Solid academic performance required.
Demonstrated interest in the energy, technology or infrastructure sectors through coursework, projects or extracurricular activities.
Programming skills, capable of using and working with AI tools.
State internship availability in resume.
