to assist the team in modern NDC Moonee Ponds practice on a part-time basis!

About the Role
As a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist
Certificate III or IV in dental assisting (desirable)




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
2 years' experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) (required)
You are:
Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
