Paediatric Speech Pathologist
Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist who loves working with children and dreams of a role where you're trusted to deliver great outcomes without someone looking over your shoulder? This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity that you should be getting excited about.
Sirv is looking for a passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team in Sydney — someone who lights up around kids, connects naturally with families, and takes real ownership of their caseload. If you're proactive, self-driven, and happiest when you're trusted to get on with the work you love, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll work directly with children and their families to assess, plan, and deliver speech and language therapy that makes a real difference. This is a role built on trust and autonomy — we hire great people and let them do great work. To be successful you'll bring:
Clinical Care — assessing and delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology tailored to each child's needs
Family Engagement — building warm, collaborative relationships with parents and carers, and empowering them to support their child's progress
Proactivity — taking initiative, managing your own caseload, and driving outcomes without needing to be micromanaged
Collaboration — working alongside allied health colleagues, educators, and support teams to deliver the best results
Serve — Sirv your clients and their families with empathy and passion
Culture — bring genuine care and a collaborative spirit to the Sirv team and help everyone be their very best
Rewards & Support
At Sirv, we look after the people who look after our clients.
Competitive salary + super
Genuine autonomy and flexibility in how you manage your work
A supportive team and dedicated mentoring
Full back office, quality, and compliance support — so you can focus entirely on your clients

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist, ideally within paediatrics
Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility for)
A genuine love of working with children and their families
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously
